  1. Congratulations to Jelena and Katerina! There are so many good players who will never win a WTA event and this win is not a chance occurrence. Jelena has played well all year and when she has lost, it has been to players who played to their maximum ability. Example? In this same tournament (the Rogers cup) Jelena lost her 3rd round singles match to the woman who eventually went to the final! Jelena has played doubles and singles and she has done well. She is a credit to the WTA and has great humility. After she won the doubles event, her words were to thank her partner for allowing her to learn so much this week.

In addition to being a pretty woman with a smoking hot body, Jelena is a consummate professional.
