PRISTINA – If Kosovo fails to meet its international obligations, including the establishment of a special court for crimes committed by the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), it will face total isolation, reads Pristina-based daily Express quoting international sources.

The international factor continues to apply direct pressure on leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo Hasim Taci, who is viewed as the main culprit for failure to reach a decision on formation of the special court, the daily reported on Sunday.

The diplomatic U.S.-English and German pressure is also made through the messages that the talks on the establishment of the special court are over, that there will be no negotiations and that no one will be amnestied, reads the daily.

Bekim Colaku, Kosovo minister of the EU integration, stated that a few processes important for the EU integration will be stopped because of a failure to pass constitutional amendments that would make the court’s establishment possible.
