BELGRADE – The Serbia men’s national water polo team has chalked up its second win at the European Championship in Belgrade by beating Malta 20-2 (6-0, 5-1, 4-1, 5-0) in late Tuesday’s Group A Round 2 match at the Kombank Arena.


Slobodan Nikic led the scoring for Serbia with five goals, Dusan Mandic and Andrija Prlainovic each scored three, with Dusko Pijetlovic, Filip Filipovic and captain Zivko Gocic all netting twice.

In the last match of the group stage, Serbia will face France on Thursday.
