BELGRADE – The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall will arrive in Belgrade on March 16 as part of their Western Balkans tour.

While in Belgrade, they will meet with senior officials and public figures.

They will also undertake a series of activities aimed at promoting peace, preserving cultural heritage and empowering young people.

The visit is dedicated to peace and reconciliation, youth, building Serbia’s future and strengthening bilateral relations, UK Ambassador to Serbia Denis Keefe said at a press briefing ahead of the visit.

He said that the visit would come at an opportune moment given Serbia’s ongoing EU accession and the fact that bilateral relations were developing well, despite different positions on certain issues.
