BELGRADE – Former German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, who now works as a consultant for many corporations and transition countries, arrived in Belgrade Thursday morning and met with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.

Vucic and Scroeder had an informal discussion and, later in the day, Schroeder will attend Vucic’s working luncheon with Serbian and foreign businesspeople and young entrepreneurs.

The Serbian prime minister and the German guest are scheduled to speak to media afterwards.

According to media reports, Schroeder will also attend the final electoral convention of Vucic’s Serbian Progressive Party in Belgrade.
