Albanians “spread wings” in Greek army

BELGRADE – After the publication of a photograph of seven recruits of the Greek army of Albanian origin, who symbolized the two-headed eagle with spread wings using their hands – symbol which many connect with “Greater Albania”, the thing got politicized, and the opposition, of course, insists on every possible type of responsibility of the security system in the army.

Questions are numerous, and the most important is the question how it is possible that “those in the Greek uniform send Greater Albania ideas”, as well as what are doing well-paid security services when something such as this happens in the recruit center? Also, does this mean that someone like these seven, will have weapon at a border crossing and similar ideas in their heads?

Defense Minister Pans Kammenos, just arrived from Washington, launched and urgent investigation into the “case of double-headed eagle”.

In the case the connection between these seven recruits with “complex situation that for a longer time provoke good relations between Greece and Albania” is proven, and that they proclaim themselves as “ambassadors of Albanian nationalism in the ranks of the army”, they are faced with five-year sentence in military prison.
