Another bomb, most likely a WW2 leftover, has been found in the Belgrade Waterfront construction area.

N1 broadcaster reported this on Wednesday, citing unofficial information, according to which workers discovered the device late on Tuesday.

This part of the construction site was being secured by the police overnight and this morning as a MUP bomb squad is working to determine whether the bomb can be safely moved and destroyed in a location outside the city.

If not, the police will proceed to dispose of the bomb where it was found, as they did with the one discovered in early February.

That device, found buried nine meters in the ground, weighed a total of 500 kilograms, with explosives amounting to 250 kilograms, and had a chemical detonator.
