Once again, Belgrade Business International Case Competition (BBICC) brings top universities from all around the world to Belgrade. The competition will be held in the first week of April, from the 3rd until the 8th, at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FOS)
BBICC is the only case study competition in the South-East Europe that is ranked amongst top 5 competitions of this type according to The Auckland University, which is a great honor.
The list of competing universities is long and it includes the biggest names in the industry of business such as The University of California – Berkeley, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Copenhagen Business School, National University of Singapore, etc. University of Belgrade will be represented by students from FOS. Other teams who have the strong reputation of being hardworking, talented and in the top come from Hong Kong, Portugal, Thailand, Canada, Norway, Australia. It is a list that has 16 teams in total and they consist of 4 students and their mentor.
Students will have to solve two real-world case studies, short (5 hours) and long (24 hours) respectively. After analyzing the given problems and developing a business recommendation, they will present their solutions in front of experienced and eminent jury consisting of top managers and consultants from Serbian leading companies. The finals will take place on Saturday, 8th of April, when jury members will pick the best three solutions and the best presenter.
The goal of BBICC is to encourage students to put their knowledge and experience into practice, to be innovative, very precise and analytical in their approach, and finally to present their solution using great presentation skills and prepared arguments for the questions of the jury.
