Companies from Serbia, except regulated loan for the rebirth of Serbia, allocate funds through direct association to the construction and expansion of the material base of Kosovo and Metohija, where the most important agents were Zastava Kragujevac (auto-parts factory in Pec and Istok and shock absorbers in Pristina), Lola corporation (plants in Lesko, Zubin Potok and Strpce), Termovent (plants in Lipljan and Orahovac).

The decision made by the Government of Kosovo was signed by the Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa.
