The EU expects the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) to be formed as soon as possible, says a spokesperson to EU’s foreign policy and security chief.
“The EU expects the relations between the two sides to normalize further and the Community (Association) of Serb Municipalities to be formed as soon as possible,” Maja Kocijancic said, Tanjug reported.
Her statement came after Ramush Haradinaj said that there would be no place for the ZSO if he became Kosovo’s prime minister.
Speaking for Vecernje Novosti, Kocijancic remarked that the agreement on the ZSO was reached between the two sides in the dialogue facilitated by the EU.
“I expect that the constructive commitment shown by both sides during the last meeting withing the framework of the dialogue will continue in the weeks and months to come,” she said.
