SPS leader and Serbian Foreign Minister and First Deputy PM Ivica Dacic says he will probably not stand in elections for party president again.
“They can’t dismiss me, the only thing that can happen is for me to leave, which is something I’ve been thinking about. I will probably not be a candidate for the SPS president again,” Dacic told the tabloid Kurir.
His comments came after the daily said SPS Vice President Branko Ruzic “wishes to have him replaced.”
Dacic also announced the possibility of pushing forward the date of the party congress, that is to be held next year and elect party bodies and leadership.
“I’m always to blame for everything both in the party and in the coalition, so it’s time to end this. I’m sick of everything,” Dacic said.
